The Big Bass Lake Vacation Rental project involved the purchase of the property for $350,000, with $195,000 of that amount used for renovations, updates, and furniture. Then refinanced the property with 75% equity, resulting in a monthly payment of $3,174. After the renovations and updates were done, the property began to generate a gross rental income of $152,255, which proved to be a wise decision.
